Apply a generous amount to the entire brisket, pat (not rub) the seasoning into the brisket and allow it to sit for as long as you desire. For best results, we recommend tightly wrapping the seasoned brisket in clear plastic wrap and set it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
