Indian Coriander Seed is a uniquely shaped coriander with strong citrus notes. It works well in curries, cakes, biscuits, on fruit, and in chicken and seafood casseroles and cuts pungency of spices like cloves and cardamom. Coriander is used in Indian curries, English and Italian dishes, Spanish, Middle Eastern, Oriental and South American cookery. They are seen in Garam Masala, pickling spices, and Harissa.
