Sesame Seeds have nutty flavor, and are great added to green salads, pasta salads, and stir fry, for encrusting chicken or beef, and in sautéed vegetable dishes. They are great for making bread, rolls, crackers, and breadsticks and essential in Tahini and Za’atar. Because of the high oil content in Sesame Seeds, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator during warm weather.
